I’ve been making jewelry for 15 years and I’m self taught. My two biggest influences are Alexander Calder and Kazuko Oshima; organic, suspended shapes that are poetically asymmetrical and cohesive.
I feel jewelry isn’t so much an adornment as it is a statement about yourself; it can be an used as an amulet or a spiritual invocation. Or a distinct declaration of your being and how you find a space in this world. It can seduce, it can project power and intensity or playfulness and whimsy.
I hope that when you wear one of my pieces you feel strong, wise, captivating and irresistible.
